Love the quotes Evelyn… “The greatest worth is self-mastery” says it all really, since the only thing we truly have any control over is ourselves. Yet in that lies our ability to create a most wonderful life. I’m working on it! 🙂

Hi Elle,

Yes absolutely! I believe in self-mastery. It’s the reason why I am passionate about self-mastery tools like tapping and essential oils 🙂

Me too. I continue working on mastering myself to be better each day.

Evelyn

It’s difficult to pick one, Evelyn, as they are all so interconnected and all together so profound. Thank you!

Yes, right mind and right action are closely connected. Loving others, i.e. not being greedy over belongings of others, requires empathy and positive regards for others, which all springs from the clarity and wisdom of the thoughts and perception

Hello Sang Eng Wong,

I like what you said: about loving others and not being greedy over belongings of others. Yes, you are right. Right mind and right action springs from clarity and wisdom with perception.

Thank you,
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,

One that really connected with me was “The greatest precept is continual awareness.” I’ve noticed that not many people are that aware. And I feel like I’ve reached another level of enlightenment and improvement when I became more aware. Even now when I realize something it’s like a gran aha moment.
