For those who were trying to access my article directory and newsletter sites the past 2 days, I wish to apologise for the downtime.
I had problems with my webhost and have now moved my entire sites to a new webhost. My new webhost promised to be more reliable and secure. Also, faster download times appear to be the order of the day.
I was caught offguard by accusations from the previous webhost that my sites caused their server load to increase dramatically. Although I tried repeatedly to get in contact for stats and proof, there was very little that was forthcoming. My requests for help took forever to be acted upon.
In the end, I am not even sure whether my sites actually caused any problems. The last I heard from the previous webhost is that they may have made a mistake in their accusations.
The downtime was, therefore, totally unexpected. Things like that should not happen but in reality, they do.
