Using The Law Of Attraction

Coincidentally, I’ve been more into self healing since last year. Now with the law of attraction becoming very popular on the net, I have to say that this has come at no better time.

What is self healing you may ask? One explanation is that it helps you get rid of negative emotions and thinking. These may result from some trauma that happened when you were young. As a self defence mechanism, you may have made up your mind with regards to some aspects of yourself.

For instance, your school teacher might have called you “stupid”. There and then, you might have internalised the fact that you are slow, although it may not be true. From that time on, you have always held yourself back in the belief that you are not as intelligent or fast as the next person.

Self healing methods help you remove these seeds that caused you a lifetime of pain. It helps you be emotionally free. You will feel a sense of renewed energy, with the “weight” thrown off!

For the law of attraction to work, you need to transform your thoughts in a conscious way to positive ones. You pave the way to positive thoughts when you are also free from your self doubts and negative emotions.
