Abundance Alchemical Magic in A Bottle

Fancy some alchemical oils as a gift for yourself or your loved one? I recently had the pleasure of receiving a complimentary bottle from Michelle McGrath in Australia. We had earlier gotten to know each other over Facebook, due to similar interests. I found out that she runs an online shop selling alchemical oils that not only helps others raise their energetic vibrations but with a special focus on self-love, abundance and alchemy (and as you already know, three of my favorite subjects).

Abundance Magic In a Bottle

The following is the write-up by Michelle that went along with the “abundance” alchemical oils that I had received….

“Everything you need you already have. You are complete right now, you are a whole, total person, not an apprentice person on the way to someplace else. Your completeness must be understood by you and experienced in your thoughts as your own personal reality.”
– Wayne Dyer

Do you feel abundant or do you focus on what you “don’t” have? What do you perceive to be abundance? What makes you feel abundant?

Abundance is an attitude and a state of consciousness. Two people could have the same upbringing and circumstances but perceive their situations as polar opposites. Once we shift our perception and allow gratitude for what we have, everything can shift in a moment. All we have to do is change our thoughts about our situation and we can quickly see that we are in fact, very wealthy.

If we ponder the fact that the majority of the world live in poverty and without clean water, it puts a very different spin on our circumstance. I have vivid memories of trekking through Nepalese villages in the Himalayas and in India and feeling very confronted by the level of poverty. A bowl of water to wash in each morning was an absolute luxury.

Yet what struck me the most in Nepal was how little the people had and how content they seemed. They were so accepting and so in the moment. They were such welcoming people and willingly shared what they had. Children were playing with pieces of string and were overjoyed to be given a pen or piece of paper.

It was extremely humbling. I realised that I was ridiculously spoilt and living in one of the most beautiful and abundant countries in the world. It’s incredible how much things can be put into perspective when you witness the circumstances of how the majority of the world live.

Often the focus is on wanting more money or time and if you can relate to this, ask yourself what is that you feel more money or time will bring you? What are the qualities you are really seeking? Then you can focus on creating those qualities in your life.

What do you really need right in this moment that you don’t have? If you go inside your heart and ask yourself seriously, you may find that in this moment, you don’t need anything more….

Notice the areas in your life where you feel you ARE abundant. If we are all part of the whole, then nothing is lacking. As John Demartini says, we are all abundant but it’s just manifesting itself in a way that perhaps we’re not recognising and acknowledging.

Can you think of an area in your life right now where you are very abundant? It could be that you have lots of loving friends, for example. Direct some gratitude towards those people for being in your life, even silently. Or even better let them know how you feel about them. Everyone loves to be appreciated and you could brighten up someone’s day at a moment when they would really value the input.

Just consider your good health and how abundant you are in this way, if you are never one to suffer from health issues. If you have a roof over your head and food in the fridge then you are abundant.

Some people keep a gratitude journal or even just take a few minutes each night to acknowledge all of what they are grateful for that occurred during the day.

An interesting suggestion I read about a week or two ago was to notice the different ways that abundance exists, even if it was an abundance of garbage bags or litter. Just to demonstrate that abundance is all around us in its many forms and as soon as we shift our perception of what this means, then we will notice it everywhere.

Another point to consider is how open you are to receiving…this is often a major unconscious block and can take practice to feel comfortable with receiving abundance in whatever form that may come in. Today just notice and feel in your body if you have any resistance to receiving should the opportunity arise.

Acknowledge today how abundant you truly are and consciously notice all the areas that this is true.

What a perfect stocking stuffer, Evelyn. Nice find! Abundance comes in s in myriad forms. We cannot be indecisive when asking for more from life.
If you were a millionaire, would you ask for a penny? We are millionaires in a million different ways. We cannot pay ourselves in enriching ways until we understand our worthiness. We cannot joyfully share our prosperity with others until we feel worthy of it ourselves. Anything we can do to accept these truths is a worthy practice, indeed!

Hi Rob,

You are right! I didn’t realize that. It is indeed a perfect stocking stuffer.

I like your question very much: “if you were a millionaire, would you ask for a penny?” I certainly wouldn’t. It is true. It is impossible to be open to receiving when we are not feeling deserving. And if we have such a limited well, we find it hard to share our prosperity.

Oh yes, changing our beliefs and paradigm is well worth making the effort if we are hoping to enjoy more abundance in our lives.

Abundance always,
Evelyn

Hello Deepsha,

I am glad to know that my site has that positive effect on you LOL! Having the repeated affirmation of abundance helps. Which is why I am not only repeating it to myself and to my readers too. I am passionate about sharing the message of abundance because I believe that it is far better to operate from the paradigm of fullness than one of lack. You will end up feeling more joyful, present and well.

Thank you for your well wishes. I would like to take the opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and much love during this holiday season.

To your abundance always,
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,
I use this definition for abundance: The ability to do what I need to do when i need to do it. It works for me and keeps me from a “lack” mindset.

Hi Justin,

Good for you! There can be many definitions out there. But most certainly, choose the one that will help you best align with the energy of it.

For myself, I like to think of abundance as being. When my paradigm is one of fullness, I naturally act out of fullness.

Abundance always,
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,

I love your story about Nepal. It shows that people don’t need to have all money of the world to feel abundant. They feel abundant when they have a bowl of water everyday. For us that is just a part of the daily waking up ritual and ‘normal’.

The attitude of gratitude and being grateful for what we already have is humbling and make us aware of that we already abundant.

Thanks for sharing

Hi Marc,

Today’s post is an article shared by Michelle McGrath. Oh yes, the account about the people in Nepal is indeed lovely.

An attitude of gratitude can be cultivated, if we find that we are always focusing on our lack. It is a great habit to develop!

Abundance always,
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,

It is true regardless of where we are in our life and what situations we are facing there is alwasy something we can be thankful for. Even if it is for the next breath we take.

The hardships we go through in life show us our strength and give us opportunity to develop compassion. I am so grateful for so many things in my life. I have overcome many challenges and through it all I’ve always been taken care of. There’s defintely been a positive guiding force in my life.

I’m originally from East Africa, Ethiopia. I left my country because of a civil war and in search of a better life. I lived in a refugee camp for two years in Kenya prior to coming to Canada. Today I’m truly thankful to be living in a free country, to have clean water, food, and the opportunity to pursue my dreams and goals.

I know I already have everything I need within me to be happy. There were times when I doubted this coming from the background I did. However overtime I’ve realized abundance is my natural state. This is so for each and every one of us.

What makes a difference as you beautifully pointed out is our state of mind. What is important is our preception and what we focus on. Thank you for a great reminder and for a wonderful article.

Wishing you many blessings and peace,

Neseret

Evelyn

Evelyn,
You’re so right to remind us think about how lucky we are. We do take all these things for granted. Having a nice place to live with running water and all the creature comforts is a luxury. I am abundant – Amen!
