Life Tip

Are You Spiritually Rich but Financially Poor?

spiritually rich abundance

Are you spiritual but feeling broke?

Many spiritual people have problems reconciling their wants for spirituality and money together.

It could be the same for you too.

You have been reading spiritual books, going for Reiki sessions and attending meditation classes and so you do know a lot. As a result, you may even have experienced vibrational shifts. You are already more aware. Yet, despite all the spiritual and personal growth made, you are finding that your financial life is lagging behind.

Well, I’ve been surveying my newsletter subscribers to find out more. Typically, they share the interests of spirituality, law of attraction and personal growth. What struck me was the same energy of struggle or confusion.

How to Love Life Fully

love life fully

Do you know how to love life fully?

Well, for a period in time, I was asking myself this very question.

I put myself on a search.

The journey felt incidentally harder perhaps because of the internal struggle that I was going through during that period.

Yet, no matter how and where I search, I could not get complete answers.

Which led me to the realisation that I the answers I sought are not out there.

They pretty much lie from within.

The answers came from a wise part of the self….

How to Let Go of the Past and Move On

let go of the past

You may be wondering how you can let go of the past and move on fter realizing that you are stuck in it. Letting go to move forward can seem challenging when you have little idea on how to deal with the multitude of emotions that arise. At the same time, you do not feel equipped to move on.

Let go of the past and move on

Letting go of the past is certainly something that has not been taught as a life skill back in school. Yet, it is incredibly important. I wish someone had taught me how when I was young.  It would also have been nice to receive some wise advice on how I could have let go of the past and move on.

Life Lesson: Learn to Rise Each Time We Fall

Falling is not failure. Falling is simply part of the learning journey to scaling new heights.

Falling quote
Many of us are afraid of falling. Falling happens when we move from a higher to a lower level. It is usually accompanied with the feeling of having lost balance or control. Many of us perceive falling as a disease, a sign of vulnerability. Including myself.

Well, I am anticipating that I would be falling a lot in a couple of weeks. You see, I am booked on another year-end skiing trip. If you had been following my blog in previous years, you would know that downhill skiing is not my biggest strength. In fact, I have a lot of fears surrounding it.

How to Address The Emotional Causes to Skin Problems

Emotional causes to skin problems can be something that you want to look into, if your issues are persistent. While using steroids may alleviate your itch-scratch-itch symptoms, they are not cures. Also, long time reliance on drug medications can result in a “thinning” of your skin layer.

I know enough about dealing with skin healing issues myself. After all, I have had bad eczema outbreaks for many years until a few years ago. Recently, from working with clients, I noticed that there is a distinct relationship between those who are particularly energetically sensitive at the soul-level with also having a skin problem.

Skin disorders are like no other. Just as stress can result in skin problems, skin disorders can also cause tremendous stress. In cases of severe skin issues, those afflicted can become depressed. While it seems shallow, let’s admit that appearances do have an impact on first impressions. It can also affect our ability to find a mate, land that all-important interview or secure our next promotion.

Enneagram Personality Profile Type System

Overview of the Enneagram Type 9: The Peacemaker, Mediator, Spiritual Seeker

If you are an Enneagram Type 9, you are about harmony. You are peace-loving, trusting, easy-going and even-tempered. Your mantra is to go with the flow. Sitting on the crown of the Enneagram, you hold spiritual instincts. What is ironical is that despite your orientation to spirituality, you are potentially the most grounded in the physical world.

You exude a positive energy. What appeals is the pleasant side of life. You enjoy being stress-free and desire life to be effortless. Being optimistic, you carry the faith that things will somehow work out on its own. Your belief is that everything will be okay should everyone stay cool and collected and no one rocks the boat.

Awaken to The Force : 10 Things You Need to Know

“The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It’s an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.” Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars

force awakens

I am not a Jedi Knight nor do I have midi-chlorians, as the Star Wars movies suggest, for accessing the Force.

However, as with all energy healing practitioners alike, I have been tapping into Universal Life Energy….which I guess pretty much means the same thing as the Force, but without all the laser movie effects.

Even then, as I found out, we do not need go through any attunement process with any healing modality to experience Universal Life Force energy. Say, if we master Qigong, we can begin to feel a vital source of energy flowing within and through us.

Enneagram Personality Profile Type System

Overview of the Enneagram Type 5: The Observer, Investigator, Thinker, Sage

If you are an Enneagram Type 5, you are intellectual, informed and logical. You are an observer of life, and prefer to stay on the sidelines. You like others to see you as someone wise, perceptive and knowledgeable.

You prefer to conserve your energy instead of participating or engaging actively in life. Staying on the sidelines is your way of maintaining calm and composure in a seemingly chaotic world. To make sense of the chaos, you seek refuge in knowledge. Subject mastery appeals to you. As an Enneagram Type 5, you are part of the thinking triad (Types 5, 6 and 7).
