How about taking a free chakra test to find out which of your 7 energy centers is out of balance?
I have been using the chakra system as a guide for personal awareness and to work with clients for several years now. It will be great to share with you on how comprehensive it is as a roadmap for conscious living.
The chakra system offers an excellent framework for an understanding of your energy system. There are 7 major chakras, which are energy centers in your body. In Hindi, chakras simply mean “wheels of spinning energy”. Indeed, a chakra is like a whirling, vortex-like, powerhouse of energy. You have got 7 major vortexes or energy centers that line up like the picture below…
The chakra system is akin to having an electrical wiring system within your inner home. It allows electrical current to be sent to every part of your being. It regulates the flow of energy throughout the network (meridians) that runs throughout your physical body.
Taking a chakra test can help you to determine which – out of the 7 energy centers – is out of balance or blocked. Out-of-balance chakras or chakra blocks usually happen at the energy centers. Your chakras can get blocked because of stress, emotional or physical root causes.Continue reading
There are many benefits of meditation. I hope to share with you what these are, especially if you are new to this practice. Over the years, meditation has made a huge difference to my life. Hopefully, it can help increase your holistic wellness too 🙂
While there are already many articles describing the benefits of meditation on the internet, I hope to share what I have gained from my personal experiences as well.
On the side, I would like to dedicate this post in memory of my mother-in-law who first introduced meditation to me. It was more than 10 years ago when she taught me how to meditate. My mother-in-law was 70 when she became a Buddhist nun who was very interested in meditation.
Amy started to experience money struggles the moment when she wanted to make the transition from executive to entrepreneur.
A pretty lady in her 30s, Amy is from a middle-income family. From external appearances, she seemed to be doing fine…except that in the six months prior to us working together, she had been struggling. No one except her husband knew about her feeling broke and depressed.
For months, Amy had worked hard at getting her business off the ground.
There were a lot more to each marketing strategy that she had at first realised. It was not long before doubt started to creep in. She went into emotional overwhelm.
Are you in any emotional pain?
Was it due to some past traumatic event or situation that you can’t let go of?
Is there a long-standing physical symptom that also goes with your emotional pain such as a dull but throbbing heart ache, stabs on the back, weight on the shoulder or a paralysing sensation that numbs you on your hands and legs?
Or could you also be feeling emotional pain whenever you are tuning into the pain-body that is part of collective whole? Just think about the negative news that you have been reading….on all the senseless terrorist attacks, for instance. It’s been affecting you and everyone else.
Well….whether it is personal or it comes from being part of society, it is possible to clear the emotional pain such that the energetic charge is either gone or reduced. Even if you had been holding on to it for a long time.
What is the Abundance Affirmation
That You Need to Make Today?
I created a slideshow with 30 abundance affirmations embedded,
so that it is easy to pick one for the day.
Here’s the abundance affirmation that came up for me, when I was writing this post…..
“When people ask us how long does it take for something to manifest, we say, “it takes as long as it takes you to release the resistance. Could be 30 years, could be 40 years, could be 50 years, could be a week, could be tomorrow afternoon.” Abraham-Hicks
You have watched the Movie The Secret.
You have read the Law of Attraction books.
You are repeating abundance mantras everyday.
You are even writing Abundance Checks for manifesting at the start of every new moon.
So why is it that your manifesting is not working?
Where’s the money? Where’s the soul mate that you hope to attract? And if you are running a business, where are the truckloads of clients eager to work with you?
You look around and you ask: Why is it happening for everyone else except for you?
Elmer Zabala, a Money Coach from Philippines, has excellent potential but found it hard to commit to his success due to his fears. The outcome from his fears showed up in inconsistent results. He experienced fluctuations in income that were tied to his fears. Even though Elmer was part of a team of motivated individuals, he still found it challenging to improve his performance. He had his own unique challenges that needed to be addressed at the root.
Listen in to his story…
Are you caught in a feast-famine money cycle that bring you into the highs of having lots of cash, followed by crashing lows where perhaps even paying the rent becomes a problem?
The money drama is almost like a thriller with treacherous peaks and valleys.
It keeps you engaged. Nail biting. Hooked.
Except that you are not watching a movie.
This is for real.
You are living it in high speed and great intensity.
And it is a drama on repeat.
The Entrepreneur’s Feast/Famine Money Cycle
The feast/famine cycle is what a lot of entrepreneurs go through.
There could be periods where life is great, clients coming in and you are spending cash like you are living in a lap of luxury.
Then, there are periods where no one is knocking on your door, the cash register is not ringing merrily and money is scarce.
It is a cycle because one period will follow the next and then back again – on autopilot.
As a mompreneur, having a mindset that is geared for success is extremely helpful if you are hoping to make serious money. Many mompreneurs fall into the trap of treating their business as a hobby. Let’s face it. A hobby mindset will only earn hobby income…which in the case of a crafty business means earning barely enough to cover the cost of accessories for the most part.
Many new mompreneurs report to one of the following emotions:
1. Guilt if they harbor ambitious dreams
2. Regret for the care-free life they had behind.
3. Shame if they fail to make busincess a success.
Is this true for you too?
Are you also having beliefs such as:
– I am not good enough to run a business;
– I am just not good with anything technical such as putting up a website;
– I can’t do sales and since having a business will involve sales, I can’t do a business;
– I suck at promoting myself;
– I am too slow to be learning anything like business and marketing etc.
Are you a mompreneur balancing babies and business at the same time?
So how is life like dealing with family matters and running a business all at once?
Stressful, exhausting, overwhelming?
Hey, as a mompreneur myself, I understand.
In fact, ask any mompreneur and she is likely to tell you that it has been the same way for her too.
