How to Stand in Your Unique Brilliance and Craft a Core Offer

your unique brilliance

Do you have a part of you that does not believe that you can build a thriving business from your soul gifts?

Perhaps, you have psychics or even coaches telling you what your soul gifts are and about how you should simply step into your unique brilliance and do work that you love. Or about how deserving and worthy you are of all that abundance.

Except that you don’t totally believe that it is true.

Definitely, NOT 100% on your belief scale!

As you reflect over on the gifts, skill sets and what you have to offer in the world, you are feeling as if you are “nothing special” or that there is “nothing unique” about you.

After all, if you compare your work with others, it would seem as if you are falling short.

Say, for instance, you are a Relationship coach, there are many coaches out there who are similarly teaching others on how to attract their soul mates.

Or, you could be one of many energy healing practitioners in the world who is offering your service.

Or you are a distributor in a network marketing company.

Everyone else seems to be doing really well. They post about their wins, accomplishments and client reviews all the time on their FB timeline. You have been liking their posts and cheering them on!

Great for them…….except that when you start to think back about yourself ….you are feeling inferior… small…and perhaps…..ready to give up doing what you are doing.

Well, before you do so, listen in to my video below on 3 tips on how you can stand more firmly in your unique brilliance for your business.

Build a Core Offer that Allows You to Stand in Your Unique Brilliance

Just realise that there is a place for everyone in this world.

For instance, there are already plenty of doctors, dentists, accountants and lawyers out there.

You’ve got them in every area, state and country too.

And yet, there will always be demand for their services.

Thus, just because it appears crowded, does that mean that you should never be a doctor, dentist, accountant or lawyer…especially if this is something that you have a knack for and that you’d like to do?

Now, what about those in the personal growth and healing industry?

After speaking to a number of them, I found out that many coaches and healers tend to downplay themselves. They have great challenges with embracing their soul gifts fully. Consequently, they have great difficulties claiming their super power – being their unique brilliance. Does this sound like you?

Well, if you are in the personal growth community, know that there is space in the market for Tony Robbins but there is also space for other coaches and healers. Not forgetting, the $1 billion coaching industry is projected to be grow by 20% this year alone.

The point is that if you are interested to create profound transformation in the lives of others, this is Exactly what you should be doing. The purpose in running a business is ultimately to make a difference in the lives of others.

Hence, if you have NOT been claiming enough of your soul gifts and super power,
if you are Feeling Overwhelmed with covering too much ground because you are hoping to serve everyone
and if you are NOT making money in your business…..
the question to ask is…….

What is that ONE (Singular) transformational promise you want to make with your business?

Stand in Your Unique Brilliance

It is from here that you craft your Core Offer.

You master what it takes to channel your soul gift and unique brilliance.

So many people see it as competition when there are others offering similar products or services. I see that as an opportunity for collaboration and growth. For the most part, people buy from people they know, like and trust. People connect with people, not necessarily with what they’re offering. How can you add your unique “you-ness” to what you’re selling? What can you be/offer that no one else can? You won’t appeal to everyone, but you can connect deeply with a few which is all it takes to create a successful business.

I love the message of this post and the videos. I have to admit it’s hard not to compare with everything I see on media. Comparing always leads to feeling inferior and more doubt.

I agree with your advice. We have to know and concentrate on our unique gifts. It is so valuable to collaborate with others – not compare – and bring out your superpower. Like you said there is space for all of us!

Wow…this is so true Evelyn. It’s so easy to see others as doing better in all areas of life, relationships, career, spiritual development. Forgetting that everyone has unique gifts and talents that no one else on the planet has.

No one does YOU as well as YOU. And there are plenty of people who need the YOU that you bring to the world.
