As a Transformation Life Coach and accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner with over a decade of experience, I specialise in helping women release stress, anxiety, and deep-rooted fears—so they can reconnect with their confidence, self-love, and inner power.

My Journey of Self-Love Alchemy
Years ago, I walked away from a fast-track banking career to become the primary caregiver to my two girls. What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would affect my self-worth. Without the identity of my corporate role, I began to feel invisible—like a failure, like I wasn’t enough.
At my lowest point, chronic stress triggered a severe eczema outbreak—my body covered in inflamed skin, my nights filled with anxiety, pain, and depression. It became clear that something had to change. I needed to heal—not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Traditional methods weren’t enough, so I turned to coaching, energy work, and deep inner healing. As I invested in myself, my life began to shift. I attracted aligned clients, meaningful opportunities, and most importantly, a deep sense of purpose and inner peace.
This journey taught me the most powerful truth: real gold is found when we transform from the inside out.
