7 Tips to Handle Disruptive Supermoon Energies | Super Moon Meditation
Supermoon energies can be disruptive, causing you to experience major upheavals. And the next Supermoon event is happening soon on Jan 31! Allow me to share some tips on how you can handle some of the intense energies going on during this period. By being prepared, you are better able to meet any challenges that arise with greater insight and understanding.
For a start, just reflect on recent happenings….
Is this true for you….like you’ve been called to be bolder, take a risk…step out of your comfort zone…release fears….yet the invitation to step up is also happening in a dramatic fashion?
If so, I bet the shifts have been uncomfortable. You’ve been wanting to make a bold move but you are also caught up in your old limiting stories once again. And so, you’ve been holding back.
What’s more the inner conflict could be manifesting in a negative physical incident for you. It may be an accident, an argument, things not going as planned or as usual and so on. These were examples that actually happened to a few of those who I spoke to. In fact, I personally encountered a disruptive incident which took me by surprise. It was supposed to be a soul nurturing exercise but it did not happen that way. Luckily, I was able to set aside my hurt and acknowledged how I had contributed to the issue at hand quickly.
What’s A Supermoon?
A Supermoon occurs when the Full Moon is at perigee, the point on its orbit when it’s closest to Earth. Full Moons mark a time of ripening, healing, celebration, community and culmination. It is also when ancients tribes conduct harvest and fertility rituals during the Full Moon phase.
With its fullness, it is about stepping into your highest potential. You will be called to become whole and also to celebrate the fullness of your being. Then, as the Moon wanes, it calls upon you to release any negative fears that obstruct you in terms of growth.
With a Supermoon happening very close to Earth, you will become even more energetically sensitive and experience an activation of your psychic senses.
