How I manifested a Dream Home with a $700,000 Price Reduction

I am so excited! I finally bought a new home. Not only is my new place located centrally, just minutes away from the shopping belt – but I also purchased it at S$700,000 (US$560,000) below its asking price.

It is like a miracle come true for a number of reasons. We have been looking for a new place periodically for some years. Many weekends were spent looking at places up for sale. Until three months ago, the arduous search that spanned a huge radius did not yield results.

Then, unexpectedly, we found one exactly where we would like it to be. Located near the hustle and bustle of city life but tucked in an exclusive corner, my new home is rather convenient. Most importantly, it is within walking distance of my daughter’s school.

The best part of it all is securing the deal at a price that was below the seller’s asking price and also below bank valuation. The difference of S$700,000 (US$560,000) made it possible for us to own a place in our desired location.

My Dream Home Manifestation Project

Our dream home manifesting project took us longer than expected.

It was a journey that required us to tweak our plans along the way over the last 5 years.

Initially, we started out with a huge dream house project. After watching “The Secret” movie, we decided to work on manifesting a mega mansion with enough rooms to fulfil our desires. We even cut out pictures to depict our perfect home in a vision board.

Well, the exercise proved daunting as it surfaced a lot of our limiting beliefs. To begin with, it will mean a purchase that would cost at least S$10 mil (or US$12mil). Definitely, a huge stretch financially. Eventually, we decided to scale down our expectations….yet, set them high enough.

One of the biggest obstacles to manifesting the idea of our perfect home was doubt. We desired a place that was near my children’s school. Yet, we realized that it was difficult to own a place in the neighbourhood as the school was located in a prime location. Save for the recent months, property prices have been on the rise in land-scarce Singapore.

Because of our doubt, we also scouted for homes that are located away distance from our ideal location. However, no matter where we look, we could not find a place that gave us an “aha” feeling. We had a number of considerations; we felt that it was important to get the place that we could see ourselves staying in.

Ingredients for Manifestation

Luckily for us, property prices were coming down due to a slew of government measures this year.

With renewed hope, I decided that it was time to work actively on the manifestation. I steadily worked on visualization, clearing money blocks, and connecting with my guides every night. I also enhanced clarity, focus and the lifting of vibrations with essential oils.

One lazy afternoon, I picked up a cold call.

The caller was an agent who was marketing for a “centrally located” unit. I would rarely end up in long conversations in a cold call but that day was different. Somehow, I became engaged in a conversation with the lady over the phone. She sounded friendly, sincere and professional.

Well, the rest was history.

Manifesting with Ease and Grace

Ever get the feeling that things simply line up for you in ease and grace?

It was that way for us – as soon as we gained clarity, focus and strength in belief.

I received a number of signs that let me know that this was the unit meant for us.

Prior to negotiating for the property, my psychic friend who had no awareness that I had seen the place I wanted, divined that I had already found a new home. She excitedly told me that she could see it in her mind’s eye.

Also, property negotiations went smoothly without a long drawn out process. The right people, ranging from property agent to lawyer to contractor just showed up at the right timing. That helped us in getting things done rather quickly.

It was not just a S$700,000 (US$560,000) price reduction that was a blessing. I worked on receiving S$100,000 (US$80,000), a sum that I needed for my home’s renovation, following the purchase. Once again, I used the same methods every night for manifestation.

The princely sum came as a gift from an unexpected source with no strings attached, after a mere two weeks.

And so, we are finally getting what we want.

It is a home that came about from applying manifesting principles and techniques.

Right after placing a deposit for the place, we got in a feng shui master to help check it out. He gave it two thumbs up in its energy flow. Hurray!

I have been rather busy ever since getting the keys to our new home. Renovation works have started. We are officially moving in two months from now.

I feel very blessed. It’s great to be able to integrate all that I have learned experientially. I am so looking forward to my new home!
