How you do money is how you do everything. How you do everything is how you do money.
How you do money is your financial behavior. Your financial behavior is a function of how you have been responding in the world. Your response is found in your emotions and thoughts. From your external actions, you are likely to find a common pattern or a set of beliefs that underlie every aspect of your life.
Everything is inter-related. Thus, how you do anything is how you do everything. Your external world mirrors your internal one. Your inner world influences how you are showing up in the world. A process of self-inquiry will lead you to uncover what perceptions you have about the world and about yourself. You can dive in to find out what your core beliefs are, whether through a money situation, relationship situation or any other life situation.

Albert Einstein Quotes has become a byword for sayings by a genius. We all know how brilliant a physicist he was. Sometimes, I would find my coaching clients getting this glint of awareness and appreciation when I inject one of his quotes during our conversation.
“The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them.” Albert Einstein Quote #6 below
While I cannot wrap my brains around the Theory of Relativity, I enjoy Einstein’s wit and insight into life and consciousness. Even though we cannot verify whether this letter came from him or not, it is a fact that he has said many wise things in his lifetime. When we want to quote someone wise, his name will invariably come up.
I have used many Albert Einstein quotes on my site as well and I’d like to dedicate a single post to express my gratitude.

Remove distractions to create better energy focus. Distractions divide your attention. You lose momentum. According to Gloria Mark, a leader in interruption science, the average knowledge worker switches tasks every three minutes, and, once distracted, a worker takes nearly a half-hour to resume the original task.
You may not want to remove distractions for all situations. For instance, distractions can be helpful for temporarily removing anxiety. For example, a doctor may engage in small talk with a toddler while he administers an injection on her arm. He draws her attention away from any pain that she may feel. She feels a prick but her attention is placed on the conversation with the doctor. For her “good” behaviour, she also gets a lollipop at the end of the session with her doctor.
However, in the situation where you are hoping to manifest a dream or goal, becoming distracted and losing focus is not helpful. It is best to remove distractions to get them out of the way. When you are distracted, you put attention on ideas, activities and paths that are not aligned with your original intent. You waste time. You can end up going in circles. Consequently, you take a longer time to attain success…if at all.

Money is not a dirty word.
Yet, many people make it out to be.
They avoid talking about it at all cost. They squirm whenever they have to ask for money in exchange for their service or product. They conclude that the desire for money is a sin, partly from watching way too many Hollywood movies about how the pursuit for money corrupts the mind. Then, there are the religious ones take comfort in being spiritual and poor.
“Not when truth is dirty, but when it is shallow, does the enlightened man dislike to wade into its waters.” Friedrich Nietzsche
Well, let’s put things in perspective.
Money is in the form of cash and coins. It is a convenient form of exchange. It helps to make trade efficient.

Does the fear of failure stop you from venturing forth?
The fear of failure often strikes with terror. A shiver goes down your spine. You break out in profuse sweat. Your imagination goes on the overdrive. Whether the trial you are undergoing is a big or small one, you feel faint from the thought of being seen as a failure in life.
The fear of failure may not all that negative. For instance, it can spur you to overcome your barriers and conquer new heights. I believe it was how I have studied and passed my examinations relatively well while in school. However, in the recent years, I realised that being motivated by fear may not exactly be the best way to go about living. I have also found that my children do not respond too well when fear is being used to get them to study or to instil some of discipline. With awareness, I intend to be mindful about not using fear on them.

On Charlie’s vision board, he had the following pictures: the dream car, the beautiful house by the beach, the lovely designer bags, the holiday in The Caribbean and a gorgeous looking person (who looks some famous Hollywood star) as a partner. After two hours or so during a weekend afternoon, he had completed his board. At first, Charlie felt happy that he had done his part.
“My vision board is the window to my dream life coming true.”
