What intentions are you setting for the year 2015?
Like many others, I start the year thinking about my intentions and things I would like to do. Well, I admit that I have not achieved every single goal made. However, upon reflection, I have found that my path has been going steadily in the direction of my overall intention.
It was not quite that way before I decided to do intention setting. I was going round and round in circles for a very long time. Things started to change when I got clearer about my purpose, and especially on how I would like to serve others in the world. Clarity helped me set on the direction I would like to take. How to Overcome the Need for a Success Guarantee

Stuck at a crossroad? One reason why you may feel stuck because you would like to have the guarantee of a successful outcome before you make a change. Having the guarantee of success gives you the perception that it is safe to give up what you already have. Without the guarantee, you prefer not to run any perceived risk.
One classic example of a crossroad: trying to decide whether to staying in your current job (which you hate) or starting a business (something more aligned with your passion but of which you have had little experience in). Before making any drastic move, you prefer to have the guarantee that the latter choice will be a good one. You want the certainty that things will turn out successful with the change.

I have had tremendous difficulty with this myself as well, especially in the beginning when I started trying to practice deliberate thinking. Most of us invariably find ourselves slipping back into a world of victimhood. Any notion about being powerful co-creators gets instantly thrown out of the window when we are faced with stress.
Yet, the Law of Deliberate Creation is a law. In addition, there is already scientific evidence to support how our reality is influenced by what we believe in. Quantum physics has shown that just by the act of observation, a person can alter reality.

Allow me to clarify on a point where much confusion arise with many people: the desire for money.
The desire to have money is nothing wrong. Many make the idea of desiring money as being sinful. This is not wise thinking. After all, we need money to pay for our living expenses. And if we have hopes and dreams to change the world to a better place, we need the necessary capital to fund these.
Desires are borne out of contrast. It is our wish for a more expanded experience that fuels us to being and doing more. It is our wish to improve the quality of our lives that prompt us to pursue our money-making ideas.

Money Is Not a Dirty Word
Money is not a dirty word.
Yet, many people make it out to be.
They avoid talking about it at all cost. They squirm whenever they have to ask for money in exchange for their service or product. They conclude that the desire for money is a sin, partly from watching way too many Hollywood movies about how the pursuit for money corrupts the mind. Then, there are the religious ones take comfort in being spiritual and poor.

Well, let’s put things in perspective.
Money is in the form of cash and coins. It is a convenient form of exchange. It helps to make trade efficient.

How to Let Your Intentions Shine to Attract Wealth

The intention that you put behind the work or things that you do is important. It can determine how much overall wealth you ultimately enjoy. Hence, in order to redirect your intention appropriately, ask yourself if your focus is centred on: “what can I get out of this transaction or process” or on “how can I best serve others that enhances life itself?”
“What can I get out of this?”
With a thought like this, the focus is the end result. You are being goal-oriented.
